Refund policy
So you want to return? Here is the deal.
Sales/discount codes: Once orders have been placed, we are unable to issue refunds if a discount code was not entered. If you have already placed an order and another discount code becomes available, we are unable to issue a credit for the price difference.
Returns: PLEASE DO NOT SEND ITEMS BACK WITHOUT APPROVAL THROUGH OUR RETURN/EXCHANGE PORTAL LINKED BELOW.
Orders must be postmarked back to seller within 10 days after the order has been received in original packaging. Buyer is responsible for all cost associated with returns and exchanges. Once retrieved and checked for quality insurance, refunds will be processed within 4-5 business days to the original method of payment for the cost of the item. If we receive an item outside of our required return timeline a store credit will be issued if the item is received within 30 days. NO STORE CREDITS AFTER 30 DAYS WILL BE PROCESSED. There are no exceptions to this policy.
*Please note there is $5.95 restocking fee for ALL returned items. It will be deducted from the total refund amount. This does NOT apply to exchanges.
Exchanges: Orders must be postmarked back to seller within 10 days after the order has been received. Buyer is responsible for all cost associated with exchanges-- to include shipping the item(s) to the seller AND having a new item(s) then shipped back to you.
No returns or exchanges on T-shirts/Sweatshirts (this does not include Delta and Zeta attire). We utilize a 3rd party vendor to help fulfill these orders. No changes can be made after an order has been made.
