Shipping policy

***Please allow up to 7-10 business days for shipping. Business days do NOT include weekends and holidays.

**Once orders are placed, no changes can be made as the order is under process. Please ensure all sizes, quantities, shipping address and discount codes are entered correctly. 

***Pre orders ship according to the designated time on each listing. If you ordered several items and one includes a pre order item- all items will ship together. If you want to receive the other items sooner, please place a separate order or contact us and we will send you an shipping invoice in order to ship the items separately. 

**If a package is returned to us due to an old, incomplete or unknown address, we are more than happy to reship the package, but there is a reship fee of $6.5 

***All items come with tracking information so no need to wait by the mailbox.
