I actually liked the bag. However, it had two scratches on it. I contacted your company and was told I could return it for a new one. No return label was provided so if I sent it back it would have been at my own expense which isn't right. I also considered returning it and purchase one of the gift sets for a friend that I recently learned was pledging. However, I decided against it in the event I received more defective products just to be forced to return them at my own expense. I am not happy and probably will not order from your company again. However, I wont share my experience with my friends as I don't want to impact your business if this was an anomaly.

I liked them so much that my recent purchase was for my daughter who was initiated Spr’ 25. Sent an email to company. Could not open clutch. The latch was jammed. Sent emails. No reply. Did not want to damage item in the process of opening. Took the clutch to a jeweler. He was able to open without damaging the latch. No charge. Very kind of him. I have purchased numerous products from your company. Was very disappointed in the lack of response regarding that item. I know you’re busy. But I have been a very good customer and have recommended your company to others. Very Disappointed.
