My order was sent to the wrong address. I tracked it down after many frustrating days. I reached out to this company via phone and text with no response after I had not received the shipment. I expected some response or guidance for retrieving my order. I finally received the order after having to pay a large fee to have it shipped to the correct address. I probably will not buy from this company again.
